Shipping Policy:
All orders are consigned using StarTrack’s Premium Air freight service from Adelaide, South Australia, with a $12 flat rate shipping Australia wide. This ensures your order arrives to you in the quickest & safest way possible. Metro areas are generally 1-2 days, regional area 3-4 days provided there are no unforeseen delays with the carrier.

All orders are sent with an automatic ATL (authority to leave) request, if there is somewhere specific you would like your order left, please leave a note when you checkout.
During the summer months, all orders are packaged with insulated bubble wrap & a gel icepack to maintain the integrity of the products you have purchased. No responsibility will be taken if you choose to have your order shipped to an address where your order will be left out in the weather. It is always suggested, that where possible have your order sent to a business address.
Click & collect is available at checkout. You will be notified when your order is ready to collect. Collection is from Elite Fish + Reptiles, 40 Secker Road, Mt Barker SA.

if you are not entirely happy with your purchase, please email us at sofetch@barkerylane.com for all refund/exchanges, feedback, or general questions.
Refunds are not available on change of mind, we do understand that every dog has a different flavour palette, unfortunately we cannot accept returns if they do not like a specific treat.
Refunds or exchanges are available on nonperishable items such as toys or accessories if the product is faulty.
Conditions of Returning:
A faulty item claim must be made within 7 days of receiving the goods. For faulty products please email sofetch@barkerylane.com with a description of the fault. Please include your original invoice number along with any photographs.
The returns form and goods must be returned to the address at the top of the page and be inspected by us before we are able to issue you a refund or a store credit.
If upon inspection by us, the product is deemed faulty, the cost of the return shipping expense will be reimbursed.
We do not accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged by your courier when being returned to us. We recommend you keep a copy of your couriers tracking number for your follow up.
Once we receive your return and subject to the conditions above, we will issue you a refund or store credit covering the cost of the item.
