Orders & Payments:
What is your processing time?
Our current processing time is 5 business days, orders are only sent Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday (excluding Public Holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped
Custom orders require a minimum two weeks production time frame; this is from the date the order is placed until the date the order is shipped
Please allow additional time for delivery
Do you offer International shipping?
That is a bloody dreamboat of an idea & while we would love to spread cookie love to every destination across the world; our cookies are currently only available to our home dawgs in Australia
What are your payment options?
Visa, Mastercard, PayPal & Afterpay. Gift cards can also be used
I mean is puppy love considered a tangible currency?
How should I store my treats?
You mean to tell me, those bad boys are going to make it to the pantry… ‘Tell ’em they’re dreamin’
To ensure the cookies remain fresh & fancy AF, store them in a cool, dry place.
Our cookies can be frozen, now Karen, if you choose to do so, place them in an airtight container first, when hangry, remove from the freezer, allow them to come to room temperature before serving. Small cracks may appear in the fondant but it is still totally rad to eat!
BUT…like our food Karen, if the cookies are exposed to fluctuating conditions, temperature, humidity or sweating like a nun in a cucumber patch etc, they will turn nasty. I don’t mean Christina Aguilera ‘Nasty,’ I mean you’ll be in the dog house with you know who
