Each pup plays differently & we recommend you to keep a close watch particularly during the first time a new play object is introduced. No toy is completely indestructible, so please supervise the play to ensure safety if you know your pup is not gentle with toys

Your gift box is packaged in thermal bubble wrap & reusable ice packs when required to ensure your products arrive to you safely. Please keep your treats in a cool, dry environment. They are best when consumed within 4 to 8 weeks of receiving and removing them from their sealed bag. Storing them in an air tight container will extend their shelf life
